After the FCC circulated a draft order to potentially begin negotiations with Ericsson (ERIC) to take over the LNPA contract from NeuStar (NSR), JPMorgan said it "definitely looks as though" the contract will be changing hands. JPMorgan estimated that NeuStar's 2016 revenue would be $571.2M without the FCC contract and maintains its Neutral rating on the stock.
