UBS analyst Steven Milunovich upgraded HP (HPQ) to Buy from Neutral saying the recent pullback in shares provides a buying opportunity. Milunovich values the tech giant's break up in the low-$40s per share, with potential for further upside from better execution. He admits HP's portfolio is weaker than IBM's (IBM), but feels the gap leaves more room for improvement at HP. Milunovich raised his price target for HP shares to $40 from $37.25. The stock closed Monday down 7c to $32.95.
