After GenCorp announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell 703 acres of land, known as Hillsborough, to WestLand Capital Partners L.P. for $57M, Gabelli thinks the transaction is "great" for GenCorp. The firm says the deal represents the highest per acre sale price for open land since the real estate decline in 2008. It believes the company's stock is worth $26 per share and keeps a Buy rating.
