Barclays upgraded ARRIS to Overweight and increased its price target to $36 from $30 ahead of improving fundamentals for both cloud/networking and customer premise units. The firm believes short-term headwinds such as Net Neutrality and OTT have subsided and carrier capex trends will begin to improve in 2H 2015 and OTT will prove to be a net positive. Barclays expects ARRIS will remain the leader in next-ten broadband and cable distribution. Price target raised to $36 from $30.
