Yanzhou Coal has hired Deutsche Bank and UBS as joint global coordinators for the proposed sale of dollar-denominated subordinated securities and will begin a series of roadshows for institutional investors, says Bloomberg. The proceeds will be used for debt repayment, capital expenditure, working capital and general corporate purposes, the miner said, according to Bloomberg. Reference Link | |
