The York Water announced that the Board of Directors at their November 21st meeting increased the quarterly dividend from 13.1c per share to 13.36 per share, an increase of 2.0%. The annualized dividend yield based on yesterday's stock market closing is about 3.2%. The dividend is payable January 17, 2012 to shareholders as of record date December 31. | |
