Yongye announced that on September 7, the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada and for Carson City dismissed without prejudice the derivative suit filed on July 19, 2011 against the company and certain of the Company's officers and directors. The stipulation of voluntary dismissal of action without prejudice was filed by plaintiff Vidal Benchimol, individual defendants and nominal defendant Yongye International on September 6. | |
