Hong Kong's stock exchange is about to begin a public debate on allowing a wider range of shareholding structures for IPOs, sources say, reports the Wall Street Journal. The move comes after Alibaba said it would take its planned multibillion dollar listing to New York or London because of Hong Kong's regulations, which wouldn't allow the structure the technology firm is seeking.
