Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, speaking at a media briefing after an energy conference in Seoul, said the U.S., which effectively banned crude oil exports in 1975, is considering relaxing its export rules amid increased domestic production, reported The Wall Street Journal. Publicly traded energy majors include BP (BP), Chevron (CVX), ConocoPhillips (COP), Exxon Mobil (XOM), Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A) and Total (TOT). Reference Link
