xG Technology (XGTI) has announced that it has been awarded a subcontract by CACI (CACI) to provide communications and network services on CACI's prime contract with the U.S. Army's Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate. The five-year multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity prime contract has a ceiling value of $497M.

CACI International has been awarded a task order contract valued at $48.6M to provide operational support services for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense. The four-year, eight-month task order was awarded under the Alliant contract vehicle and represents continuing work for CACI in the company’s Business Systems market area. Under the terms of the award, CACI will continue providing on-site operational support to the mission systems of OUSD(C) in areas relating to system maintenance, information security/assurance, integration, conversion, migration, report generation, documentation, training, and guidance. Over 140 federal agencies rely on enterprise-level business systems built by CACI to manage their budgets, accounting, payroll, and human resources functions.

The Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise contract supports information technology requirements across the Defense intelligence enterprise and the greater intelligence community. Work will be performed worldwide with an estimated completion date of July 16, 2020. The E-SITE contract vehicle was solicited on the basis of full and open competition, and 77 proposals were received. After conducting a thorough evaluation based on the request for proposal criteria, contracts are being awarded to 25 large businesses and 25 small businesses. Each company will be awarded a $500 minimum guarantee and additional funding will be obligated on individual task orders with the initial follow-on task order competitions scheduled this summer. The Virginia Contracting Activity, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
