The total value of this task order, placed by DHS component U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services, is $23.4M with one base year and four option year periods. This is the fourth Task Order iSYS has received under the DHS CWMS Blanket Purchase Agreement to date.

The analyst said cross selling opportunities are sizable while productive gains are driving billings growth. The firm said Proofpoint is a favorite name in security and raised its price target ot $46 from $43. Shares are Outperform rated.
