Wynn Resorts (WYNN) chairman Steve Wynn said the company's new subsidiary, Wynn Resorts Development, will be responsible for developing and operating future resorts outside of Las Vegas, including further expansion in Macau along with casinos and hotels planned for Philadelphia and Everett, Mass., reported Reuters.
