Wells Fargo is thinking to sell nearly $1.3B in bad mortgage debt for the sake of regional bank customers, according to Bloomberg, citing two people with knowledge of the offering. One of the sources said that the offering encompasses a pool of close to $630M in unpaid principal balance, and another of about $700M. Reference Link
