Walgreens is beginning to "come around" to supporting an inversion plan advanced by a group of investors in the company, according to The New York Times, which cited unnamed sources. Under the proposal, which would reduce the company's taxes, Walgreens would likely acquire Alliance Boots and then become a U.K.-based company, the newspaper indicated. Reference Link
