Walter Investment Management (WAC) disclosed in a regulatory filing that on May 31 its wholly owned indirect subsidiary Green Tree Servicing entered into a Master Repurchase Agreement, or “Warehouse Agreement," with Bank of America. In addition, pursuant to the terms of their agreement, the company provided Bank of America with a guaranty in order to support Green Tree’s obligations under the agreement. The agreement provides for a maximum aggregate purchase price of $500M, $250,000 of which is provided by Bank of America on a committed basis, the filing stated. | |
