14:03 EDTVRNG, AOL, GOOGVringo receives favorable judgment from U.S. District Court in patent case
Newly filed documents show that the U.S. district court in Norfolk VA has entered the official judgment in favor of Vringo (VRNG). This afternoon the court entered its judgement confirming the Nov 6 Jury award in the AOL (AOL), Google (GOOG) et al. case with respect to the Defendants' infringement of the asserted claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,314,420 (the "'420 Patent") and 6,775,664 (the "'664 Patent"). This news development, which had been anticipated by investors, now confirms the 3.5 % running royalty and past damages from Sept 15 , 2011.
