Vringo shares are trading up after the company provided a summary of three motions filed with the court last night in its wholly-owned subsidiary I/P Engine against AOL (AOL), Google (GOOG), IAC Search & Media ( IACI), Gannett Company (GCI), and Target Corporation (TGT). In mid-day trading, shares of Vringo are up 5.5%, or 17c, to $3.25.

The notice would have triggered a waiting period during which the government could review any antitrust issues created by the deal.
