ViewPoint Financial Group, the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, announced a quarterly cash dividend of 10c per share. The cash dividend is payable on December 31, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 21, 2012. The dividend represents an early payment of the normal Q1 of FY13 dividend. ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc. is the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, National Association. ViewPoint Bank, N.A. operates 31 community bank offices, including two First National Bank of Jacksboro locations in Jack and Wise Counties. | |
