Vodafone says in a 20-page report on mass surveillance by governments that secret wires allow government agencies in many countries to listen in to conversations on the company's network, reports the Wall Street Journal. Vodafone CEO Vittorio Colao says the company would be willing to selling off non-core assets if it received the "right" offer, Reuters reports, citing comments made at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecoms Conference in Barcelona.
