Volkswagen is considering a new low cost brand by about 2015 to challenge rivals including Renault's Dacia and Nissan's (NSANY) Datsun in emerging markets, company sources say, reports Reuters. The price range woudl be $6,500 and $12,900, and may include a van, estate and a small sedan.Target countries would be Brazil, Russia, India and China, but could also include Europe. Reference Link
