News Breaks | | | | March 12, 2013 | | 06:13 EDT |  | VLKAY, DDAIF | Audi sees revenue boost from smaller vehicles, Bloomberg reports Volkswagen's (VLKAY) Audi AG looks for a “slight” increase in revenue this year and reaching an operating margin at the upper end of its long-term target, helped by sales of compact SUVs and the new A3 sedan, reports Bloomberg. “We will grow further in 2013,” Audi CEO Rupert Stadler said in the text of a speech to be delivered today at the brand’s headquarters in Ingolstadt, Germany. “We will reach the mark of 1.5M car sales earlier than planned,” he said. Audi, which sold 1.46M vehicles last year, initially wanted to reach that mark in 2015.Reference Link | |
