Russian finance minister Anton Siluanov said both Visa (V) and MasterCard (MA) have reached a compromise agreement to cooperate with the country's existing payment systems while they take the year and a half or so needed to create their own Russia-based payment operators, reported The Wall Street Journal, which also cited a Visa executive as having said, "MasterCard and Visa will continue business in Russia." Huff keeps an Overweight rating and $31 price target on Bottomline shares.
