After meeting with Visa's (V) CFO, Pacific Crest believes that the deal the company made with JPMorgan Chase (JPM) recently will be positive for Visa. The firm is more convinced that Visa successfully maneuvering to avoid disintermediation while long-term growth drivers are firmly in place. It maintains an Outperform rating.
