United Technologies' Pratt & Whitney signs maintenance agreement with Transaero United Technologies company Pratt & Whitney has signed an exclusive eight-year maintenance services agreement with Transaero Airlines to provide engine overhaul services on the airline's fleet of PW4000-112" engines. The agreement is expected to be worth approximately $55M over its life. Pratt & Whitney will provide engine overhaul services for 11 Transaero PW4000-112" engines.
