USANA Health Sciences announced that its China subsidiary BabyCare Ltd. received official government approval from the Ministry of Commerce People's Republic of China to expand direct selling activities in three additional provinces/municipalities within the People's Republic of China. The provinces/municipalities include Jiangsu, Shanxi and Tianjin. These three additional licenses granted to USANA's wholly owned subsidiary, BabyCare, add to the company's existing direct selling license in the municipality of Beijing. This announcement of MOFCOM granting three additional provincial/municipality direct sales licenses shows the good standing of USANA's China operations doing business as BabyCare Ltd. | |
