16:34 EDTURSURS Corporation now sees FY12 EPS $4.12-$4.17, had seen $4.20-$4.30
EPS consensus $4.28. URS Corporation announced that it has revised its outlook for FY12, primarily as a result of a shift in the timing of a performance-based incentive award for achieving key milestones on a large chemical weapons demilitarization program. The incentive award, which is approximately $15M after-tax, or 20c per share, will be recognized in 1Q13, instead of 4Q12 as originally anticipated. URS continues to expect that FY12 revenues will be approximately $11B, consensus $10.97B.
