Universal Forest announced that a subsidiary has closed on the acquisition of Custom Caseworks, a high-precision business-to-business manufacturer of engineered wood products in many commercial markets founded in 1994 and located in Sauk Rapids, Minn. Custom Caseworks has annual sales of nearly $7M, and recently added capacity for future growth. | |
