The number of companies bidding for ThyssenKrupp AG's (TYEKF) troubled U.S. and Brazilian steel mills are joining together to make the investment more digestible, sources say, reports Reuters. Japan's JFE Steel Corp (JFEEF) and U.S. Steel (X) are planning a joint bid by a February 28 deadline for final bids, sources say. ArcelorMittal (MT) and Nippon Steel have also joined together, sources say. Brazil's Cia Siderúrgica Nacional has secured financial support from state development bank BNDES. Reference Link
