The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit overturned a district court summary judgment in favor of Eurocopter over Textron. The lower court concluded that, in light of its construction of certain claim terms, there was no infringement on Textron's patents. The appeals court reversed that ruling and remanded the case for further judgment. | |
