Pursuant to Rule 11890(b) NASDAQ, on its own motion, in conjunction with BATS, CHX, NYSE-Arca and FINRA has determined to cancel all trades in security TerapeuticsMD (TXMD) that were executed in NASDAQ between 07:36:00 and 9:13:00 ET. The security listing on on the NYSE MKT LLC. has been postponed. This decision cannot be appealed. Nasdaq previously said it was investigating potentially erroneous transactions involving the security TerapeuticsMD. | |
