Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes said he is not worried that Warner Bros. does not yet have a new financial partner to replace Legendary, adding that Time Warner would pay for the studio's slate if it failed to bring on a new partner, reported Variety. The entertainment industry news service previously reported WB is in talks with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and financial firm Dune Capital for a $550M co-financing fund, but Bewkes didnít provide a timeline for when the deal might close. Wells Fargo believes the removal of several of Time Warner's (TWX) Turner channels from DISH's (DISH) line-up will not be a "game changer" for either company. Wells notes the majority of Time Warner's affiliate growth comes from TNT and TBS networks, and it does not expect the channel loss to impact DISH's subscriber trends. The firm expects the networks to come back to DISH "eventually."
