As noted earlier, Bernstein upgraded Time Warner to Outperform from Market Perform. Among the reasons for the upgrade were the company's guidance for double digit growth in affiliate fees through FY18 and its lack of exposure to advertising, according to the firm. Bernstein also cited valuation and what it sees as the company's high predictability as reasons for the upgrade.
