Twin Disc received a letter on May 14 from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC notifying Twin Disc that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Rule 5250(c)(1) related to the filing of periodic financial reports with the SEC. The issuance of the letter is based upon Twin Disc not filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 28 on or before the due date of May 7.The issuance of the letter has no immediate effect on the listing of Twin Disc's common stock. The company intends to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 28 as soon as possible after the completion of an Audit Committee investigation, but is unable to predict a specific date at this time due to the very early stage of the investigation.

16:32 EDTTWINTwin Disc names Jeffrey Knutson as CFO, effective June 22
Twin Disc announced that the Board of Directors has elected Jeffrey Knutson to the position of CFO and Treasurer effective June 22, in addition to his current roles as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller and Secretary. Knutson joined Twin Disc in February 2005 as the Controller of Twin Discís North American manufacturing operation and became Corporate Controller in October of that year. Prior to his employment at Twin Disc, Knutson was employed by Tower Automotive - Milwaukee Division as Controller and also held various financial positions at several divisions of Invensys, Bucyrus International and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
