Time Warner Cable (TWC) says "full steam" ahead on all initiatives presented at end of year. Says will continue to pay dividend. Says "questioned" why Charter (CHTR) was trading at a premium from a multiple standpoint to the industry. Says in terms of the Comcast (CMCSA) deal, TWC had looked at synergy analyses at all the deals. Says "very comfortable" with the synergy number. Says "bullish" on growth of Business Services unit. Says will continue to invest in the salesforce. Says originally thought programming costs per basic sub would grow low-double digit, but says it continues to be a tough environment on the distributor side. Says its an area where the company continues to see cost pressures. Comments made by CFO Artie Minson during the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecom conference.

John Malone, the chairman of Liberty Media (LMCA), said Charter Communications (CHTR) would look to buy Time Warner Cable (TWC) if TWC's deal with Comcast (CMCSA) falls through, The Wall Street Journal reports. Malone told shareholders at Liberty's investor day that he would pursue "an outright purchase" of Time Warner Cable if regulators don't approve the Comcast deal. Reference Link
