Wunderlich upgraded Time Warner Cable (TWC) to Buy and raised its price target for shares to $190 from $146. Wunderlich views TWC's proposed merger with Comcast (CMCSA) as the most likely large media deal to close. Should the merger not receive regulatory approval, the firm thinks TWC would merge with Charter (CHTR) and/or Cox. It values TWC shares at $159 on a standalone basis.
