Several Time Warner Cable (TWC) shareholders would back a merger with Charter Communications (CHTR) if Charter increases its bid to $41B or higher, sources say, reports Reuters. John Malone, the chairman of Liberty Media (LMCA), said Charter Communications (CHTR) would look to buy Time Warner Cable (TWC) if TWC's deal with Comcast (CMCSA) falls through, The Wall Street Journal reports.
