Moab Capital, owner of 9.1% of Mac-Gray's outstanding shares, said its nominees James Hyman and Michael Rothenberg were elected to Mac-Gray's board. Moab expects its new directors will urge their colleagues to: Consider the viability of each operating market of the company with a "buy/divest/harvest mindset," increase dividends, implement a share repurchase program, and "objectively consider any proposals to acquire the Issuer at premium valuations," among other things. | |
