16:09 EDTTSRATessera sees Q4 revenue $50M-$53M, one estimate $73.49M
Non-GAAP operating expenses for Q4 are expected to range between $51M and $53M. This range excludes litigation expenses and re-structuring charges of between $4M and $5M that the company expects to incur in the quarter as a result of the DigitalOptics segment staff reductions and facility dispositions designed to focus efforts on its core MEMS camera module business, as previously announced on Nov. 14. The Intellectual Property segment's litigation expense in Q4 is expected to be higher than Q3's expense of $9.7M due to increased activity in ongoing cases.
