OPEC, lead by Saudi Arabia, has a problem with the price of oil, according to the Wall Street Journal's "Heard on the Street". While the Saudis want a $70 to $75 a barrel price now, how and what they do is not unlike what central banks do with their inflationary policies. Just as banks have to carefully watch their steps, the Saudis, in the currently oversupplied market, have to be careful not to overdo it by pumping more oil and raising prices.
