| The company estimates regional throughput to be in the Pacific northwest, 125,000-135,000 barrels a day; in the mid Pacific, 60,000-70,000 barrels per day; in the Mid-Continent, 95,000-105,000 barrels per day; and in California, 230,000-240,000 barrels per day. OpEx guidance for the fourth quarter is as follows. In the Pacific northwest, $4.25 per barrel. In the mid Pacific, $3.10 per barrel; in the Mid-Continent, $3.75 per barrel; and in California, $8.10 per barrel. Depreciation for refining is estimated at $90M. Additional Q4 guidance items include corporate expense of $45M and interest expense before interest income of $38M.
