Thomson Reuters (TRI) and BGC Partners (BGCP) announced a strategic agreement to expand customer access to over-the-counter, or OTC, pricing data. BGC's OTC pricing data is now available to customers of Thomson Reuters Eikon, its flagship financial markets desktop, Thomson Reuters Elektron Real Time, Tick History and DataScope Select, as well as BGC's trading system. The agreement incorporates a consolidated licensing solution aligned to individual clients' business models.

GFI Group (GFIG) announced that it intends to voluntarily delist and deregister its common stock. GFI has no intention to arrange for the listing of and/or registration of the common stock on another securities exchange. The common stock may, however, be quoted in one or more OTC markets, but there can be no assurance that trading in the common stock will continue OTC or otherwise. Approximately 56% of the outstanding shares of GFI common stock are held by BGC Partners or its affiliates (BGCP).
