Total (TOT) said that it has restarted production from the Elgin-Franklin complex of fields in the U.K. North Sea after receiving approval from the offshore safety regulator, reports Down Jones. In a statement, the company said the fields should produce 70,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day while a plan to drill new wells on the field is under consideration. Reference Link | |
