TomoTherapy shareholders approve merger with Accuray TomoTherapy (TOMO) announced that its shareholders have approved the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of March 6, which provides for the acquisition by Accuray (ARAY) of all of the outstanding shares of TomoTherapy. More than 98% of votes cast and 79% of shares outstanding were voted in favor of the transaction. The companies anticipate the closing of the transaction will occur within one or two business days, assuming all other customary closing conditions are met.
