Japan's sale of new cars, trucks and buses in December were down 3.4% from a year earlier, the fourth consecutive down month, as the end of the government's buying incentives reduced demand for fuel-efficient cars, reports the Wall Street Journal. For all of 2012, sales increased 26% to 3.39M, the first increase in two years. Reference Link
