THQ announced that it has filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware for its domestic business units, not including its foreign operations, including Canada. THQ also said it entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Clearlake Capital as the "stalking horse bidder." | |
