The security breach of the computer network at retailer Neiman Marcus began as far back as July and was not fully contained until Sunday, reported The New York Times, citing people briefed on the investigation of the hacking. Neiman's breach appears to have gone on significantly longer than the attack on Target (TGT), though the data stolen at Target appears to be more significant and usable by fraudsters, according to the report.
