Teva would not create value for shareholders by splitting itself up, said Teva CFO Eyal Dehsheh yesterday, according to Globes. A split would not be beneficial because the company is so tightly integrated, Globes quoted the CFO as saying. Dehsheh was speaking at a Cowen & Company conference, the website noted. Reference Link
