If its planned takeover of E-Plus from Royal KPN (KKPNY) receives approval, Telefonica Deutschland (TEF) says it will grant network access to Drillisch, a German mobile service provider, the Wall Street Journal reports. Drillisch will acquire 20% capacity on all the mobile networks that come under the control of Telefonica, in addition to capacity to provide services to its existing customers hosted on Telefonica Deutschland's or E-Plus' networks. Private equity firm KKR (KKR) is thinking about selling its German telecommunications company Versatel GmbH, says the Wall Street Journal.
