Initial indications of preliminary valuations received by the company with respect to its subsidiary - Bental Industries, and to its 30% owned First Aviation Services, suggest that a material write down and/or impairment might be required with respect to the fair value of these companies, the total of which may range approximately between $4M-$4.5M.

Epiq Systems (EPIQ), up 9.9% after P2 Capital confirms 16.9% stake in Epiq and that the company turned down the shareholders' $20 per share takeover offer... 08:31 EDTTATTTAT Technologies subsidiary signs seven year landing gear support agreement
TAT Technologies announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Piedmont Aviation Component Services has signed a seven year landing gear Maintenance Support Agreement with Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. covering their Embraer E - 175 fleet. The agreement covers the current fleet of 160 aircraft and the total value may exceed $45M.
