Intellectual Ventuers has sued Symantac (SYMC) in a new lawsuit over three patents, reports CNet. The complaint targets Symantec's Replicator, VeritasVolume Replicator and ApplicationHA production specifically, saying it "actively, knowingly, and intentionally" infringed on the patents.
